Data Sharing
We share your application data with employers only when you apply to their job postings. We may share anonymised, aggregated data with partners for research purposes. We use trusted third-party services (hosting, analytics) who are bound by data processing agreements.
Your Rights (GDPR)

Data Retention
Active account data is retained for the duration of your account. After deletion, we retain anonymised records for 3 years for security purposes. Application data is retained for 2 years.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3), bcrypt password hashing, and regular security audits to protect your data. We have a 24-hour breach notification policy.
